Position Part-Time Recruiter (Remote / Work From Home, Flexible Hours)

Hiring Requirements • Counter Sales Executives: 5–10 positions • Admin Executive: 1–2 positions • Field / Logistics Executive: 1–2 positions • Store Manager: As required

Salary Range for Candidates Most roles: ■25,000–■30,000 per month. Store Manager: Up to ■50,000 per month (or higher for exceptional candidates).

Recruiter Responsibilities • Source suitable candidates. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. • Coordinate interviews with the company. • Follow up with candidates until joining. • Maintain a recruitment tracker and status updates

Preferred Recruiter Profile Experience hiring for retail, jewellery, hospitality, apparel, FMCG, or customer-facing roles. Ability to close multiple positions quickly.

Commercial Terms Payment can be on a per-successful-hire basis or a monthly retainer, as mutually agreed.

Simple Freelance Recruitment Agreement (Outline) 1. Recruiter will source and screen candidates for assigned positions. 2. Positions include sales, admin, field/logistics, and store manager roles. 3. Payment: Per successful hire or monthly retainer, as agreed. 4. Optional replacement: One free replacement if a candidate leaves within 30 days. 5. Confidentiality: Recruiter will keep company and candidate information confidential. 6. Non-exclusivity: Both parties may work with others. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate with 7 days' written notice.
