Job Description

Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes including curries, gravies, breads, rice items, and appetizers.

Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and quality.

Assist in preparation of mise en place before service hours.

Support in menu preparation and new dish development when required.
