About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can connect with merchants, understand their needs, and confidently sell our hardware products over calls. If you enjoy conversations that convert and thrive in a target-driven environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads to pitch Tohands’ hardware productsUnderstand customer needs (kirana stores, small retailers, merchants) and recommend suitable solutionsClearly communicate product features, pricing, usage, and basic troubleshootingClose sales over calls and consistently follow up with warm leadsMaintain accurate updates on leads and sales in CRM/toolsCoordinate with onboarding, logistics, and support teams post-saleAchieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsWhat
We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecallingExperience in selling hardware, devices, fintech, SaaS, or merchant-focused products is a plusStrong communication skills in English + Hindi/any regional languageExcellent persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skillsTarget-oriented mindset with discipline in reporting and CRM usageComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentWhat Will Make You Stand OutExperience selling POS machines, smart devices, fintech products, or subscriptionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to simplify and explain technical products in a clear, non-salesy way
