Job Description
Role Overview:
Aromas of Coorg Beverage Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to support business growth through proactive telecalling, email outreach, and structured lead research. The role focuses on engaging Admin, Facility Management, and Operations decision-makers across corporate offices, factories, and commercial establishments for beverage and vending solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound telecalling and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
• Engage with target personas including Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Procurement, and Operations Heads.
• Research companies to identify offices, plants, and facilities requiring beverage or vending services.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined business criteria.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and product demos for the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and targets consistently.
Research Responsibilities:
• Identify target companies by industry, employee size, and location.
• Research decision-makers and buying triggers related to pantry, cafeteria, and beverage requirements.
• Build and maintain prospect databases using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or internal data sources.
• Support personalized outreach by maintaining updated prospect intelligence.
KPIs & Targets:
• 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• 100–120 personalized emails per day.
• 15–30 qualified leads per month.
• 8–10 meetings or site visits scheduled per week.
• 100% CRM data accuracy and timely updates.
• Monthly pipeline contribution aligned with sales targets.
Language Requirements:
• English – Mandatory
• Hindi – Preferred
• Kannada – Preferred
• Tamil – Preferred
• Telugu – Preferred
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development.
• Strong verbal communication and professional email writing skills.
• Ability to conduct structured prospect research.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Target-driven mindset with strong discipline and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B sales within beverages, FMCG, facilities, or corporate services.
• Prior interaction with Admin or Facility Management teams.
• Understanding of corporate procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
