Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Risk Assessment: Analyze a client's financial situation, goals, and risk profile to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Sales & Business Development: Build a client base through networking, referrals, and digital platforms to meet sales targets.
- Policy Education & Sales: Explain complex policy terms, coverage options, premiums, and benefits in understandable terms.
- Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, helping with documentation and acting as a liaison with insurance companies.
- Policy Management: Review existing policies, provide updates, manage renewals, and handle customer queries promptly.
- Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to industry regulations (e.g., IRDAI in India), maintain client confidentiality, and ensure ethical sales practices. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
