Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Concept Development

  • Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and preferences
  • Create mood boards, layouts, and design concepts
  • Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D visuals

2. Technical Drawings & Detailing

  • Prepare working drawings (carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, etc.)
  • Ensure drawings are execution-ready with clear specifications
  • Coordinate with site team for design clarity

3. Client Handling

  • Present design ideas and explain concepts clearly
  • Take feedback and refine designs accordingly
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project

4. Vendor & Material Coordination

  • Select materials, finishes, and fittings as per design and budget
  • Coordinate with vendors for timelines and specifications
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained

5. Site Coordination

  • Visit sites regularly to ensure design is executed correctly
  • Resolve on-site design challenges quickly
  • Work closely with the operations and execution team
