🎯 Role OverviewThe Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic value while meeting client requirements and regulatory standards.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural designs, drawings, and layouts
• Develop concept plans based on client requirements
• Create detailed working drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and approvals
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
• Review materials, finishes, and design specifications
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and cost estimation
• Modify designs based on feedback and site conditions
• ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 1–5 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Knowledge of building codes, approvals, and regulations
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
