Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to conceptualize, plan, and execute interior design projects that align with client requirements and business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, functionality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project objectives.
• Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and design presentations using relevant software.
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes for projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and maintain design standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and design regulations.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Diploma in Interior Design or a relevant discipline may also be considered based on experience and skill set.
• Proficiency certifications in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications or specialized training in interior design, space planning, or project management are preferred.
