Job Description
- Contact potential customers in international markets (primarily US customers) through outbound/inbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans/products.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Follow company sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional telecom services whenever applicable.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on telecom products, pricing plans, and competitor offerings.
Key Skills Required:
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong negotiation & persuasion abilities
* Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling
* Good listening and problem-solving skills
* Target-oriented mindset
* Ability to work in night shifts
