Job Purpose:

To assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and quality inspection of industrial racking

components while ensuring high-speed machine operation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Machine Operation: Operate cutting, bending, and punching machines used in

the racking production line.

 Measurement & Precision: Use measuring tapes, vernier calipers, and gauges

to ensure all components meet the specified dimensions.

 Quality Support: Identify and report any defects in the raw materials or finished

racking products.

 Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily maintenance (cleaning and

lubrication) of the machines to ensure smooth operation.

 Safety Compliance: Strictly follow workplace safety protocols, including the use

of PPE (Headgear, Gloves, and Safety Shoes).

Required Qualifications:

 Education: ITI (Fitter) certification from a recognized institute.

 Experience: Fresher (0–1 year of experience).

 Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering drawings and hand tools.

 Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a factory environment and handle heavy

components if required.
