Job Description

Customer Support & Operations Executive


Requirements:

Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and any regional language (preferably Kannada).

Education: 12th grade or higher.

Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.


Skills:

Basic computer knowledge.

Male: Rotational day/night shifts; Female: Day shifts only.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer handling, query resolution, and escalation management.

Basic location knowledge.


Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and emails professionally.

Resolve escalations and support queries efficiently.

Track drivers and ensure smooth operations.
