Job Description
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers from a database to pitch products, services, or offers.
- Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and support requests professionally.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify interested prospects, capture details, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Product/Service Explanation: Clearly explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers to drive conversions.
- Data Management: Update CRM/software with call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up dates. Maintain accurate records.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs like call volume, conversions, talk time, and revenue targets.
- Follow-ups: Call back prospects who showed interest, send information via WhatsApp/email, and close sales.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct surveys, gather customer feedback, and report market insights to managers.
