Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Manager /Legal Executive to provide legal support and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with external counsel, handling legal compliance matters, and supporting the organization's legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, MOUs, and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
Handle legal notices, litigation matters, and dispute resolution processes.
Maintain legal records, agreements, licenses, and statutory documents.
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various matters.
Support land/property due diligence and document verification, if applicable.
Monitor legal risks and advise management on mitigation measures.
Assist in obtaining and renewing licenses, registrations, and approvals.
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal compliance.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Industry
Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / Corporate Sector.
