Lift/Elevator Technician

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and responsible Lift / Elevator Technician to handle installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of elevators and lifts. The candidate should ensure smooth and safe operation of all elevator systems while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of elevators/lifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service for elevators.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and rectify issues promptly.
• Attend emergency service calls and ensure minimum downtime.
• Conduct routine inspection and safety checks of lift systems.
• Maintain service reports, checklists, and site documentation properly.
• Coordinate with erection and service teams for timely project completion.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are handled safely and maintained properly.
• Follow company safety standards and client site protocols.
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding service updates and issues.
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) related activities when required.
• Report major technical issues to the Service Manager immediately.
• Ensure proper handover after installation and servicing activities.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to travel for service and installation work.
