Job Title: Logistics Backend Executive (Operations Executive)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Backend Executive to support warehouse operations. The role involves handling invoicing, documentation, scanning, RTO processing, and backend coordination to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Perform scanning and proper documentation of invoices, delivery notes, and other records

Maintain and update records in internal systems (Excel/ERP)

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch and delivery updates

Track shipments and ensure proper documentation flow

Assist in inventory record maintenance and reporting

Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in documentation

Support day-to-day backend operations of the warehouse

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations

Good organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Good communication skills

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Basic knowledge of logistics/warehouse operations is a plus

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with ERP systems

Experience in warehouse or logistics backend roles

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
