Allweld Engineers Private Limited (since 1993), Is engaged into defence Artillery. Production and indigenisation of sub assembles for T90, Bofors Gun, AK630 etc. Manufacturing. Turnover 15Cr with ambitious expansion plans.

It has total 70 employees of which 20 office / management staff. Production facilities include CNC, VMC, Lathe, Welding, Honing, Cylindrical Grinding, Surface Grinding, Lapping, Punching, Hacksaw cutting, Painting etc.

It does subcontract of Heat treatment, surface treatment, and for capacity availing. Company has Design, Manufacturing, Service, facilities.

Company follows laid down systems and procedures. System adherence and documentation are foremost important. ERP, Tally, APS, Solidworks, Mastercam are used.

ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Festival holidays are available.

Job Role and Responsibility: Sales target, Sales Order Plan, New Products, Product Costing, Work Order Plan, Design process & Tooling Drawings, Production Planning and Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Purchase Planning, Customer Process, Product Training.

Education: Engineering Graduate and above

Experience: Freshers or experienced

Languages: English and Hindi

General skills: Verbal and written communication, Excel Formulas, Organising, Conflict resolving, Discipline, Self learner, Leadership, Negotiation, Reporting, MIS.

Occupational Skills: Knowledge of materials and standards, Engineering drawing, Manufacturing process, 3D modelling, Microsoft excel advanced, Product Design Calculation, Tool Jigs & Fixtures design, Engineering product inspection methods, CNC VMC Programming, Material testing, Analysing skills of people.
