Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves administrative support, coordination of office activities, managing supplies, and assisting staff to maintain an efficient and organized workplace

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain office records, files, and documentation systems
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
* Order and manage office supplies and inventory
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
* Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
