Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records
- Prepare and update invoices, vouchers, and bills
- Maintain purchase and sales records
- Maintain office files and documents
- Coordinate courier, stationery, and office requirements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Support attendance and employee record maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist management in day-to-day office administration
