Job Description

Open/close office and maintain cleanliness (workspace, pantry, meeting rooms)

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

Handle documents: delivery, filing, photocopying, and scanning

Manage couriers, mail, and packages (incoming/outgoing)

Assist staff with basic administrative and day-to-day tasks

Set up meeting rooms and arrange refreshments

Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies

Run office errands (bank, post office, bill payments, etc.)

Deliver documents to clients or external offices

Welcome guests and provide basic hospitality support

Report maintenance issues when required

Follow instructions from supervisors and support daily operations

Hold a valid bike driving license and use a two-wheeler for office errands
