Online Sales & Operations Assistant🌍 Furnishio Sydney — Australia-based Furniture Business
🕒 Timings: 2:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST (10 hours incl. 1 hour break)
📅 Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 days a week)
📍 Location: Remote — Work from Home (India)
💰 Salary: Competitive — based on experience
About the role: Furnishio is an Australian furniture brand selling sofas and furniture online across Sydney. We receive daily customer enquiries through Facebook, Instagram, and our website. You will be the backbone of our online operations — responding to customers, closing sales, posting content, and keeping our records accurate. Full training is provided.
🔹 Job responsibilitiesSales & customer communication
🔹 Chat with customers on Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp — reply within 15 minutes during business hours
🔹 Qualify buyers, recommend products, and follow a proven sales script to close deals
🔹 Post ads and listings on Facebook Marketplace (training provided)
🔹 Follow up on leads using a structured sequence and track all outcomes in Excel
🔹 Orders, invoicing & accounts
🔹 Place customer orders through our supplier portal once a sale is confirmed
🔹 Create and send customer invoices using Zoho Books after every sale
🔹 Record all expenses and transactions in Zoho Books accurately and on time
🔹 Update and maintain stock Excel sheets — new arrivals, sold items, and current inventory
🔹 Send weekly sales and stock summaries to the Sydney team
🔹 Social media & content
🔹 Help post reels, stories, and product content on Instagram and Facebook
🔹 List new products on our website using shopify with correct photos, descriptions, and pricing
🔹 Coordinate with the Sydney team to keep all operations running smoothly
Requirements ✅
Good written English — you will be chatting with Australian customers daily
Good smartphone and a stable internet connection
Comfortable working 2:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST (Sydney hours)
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
Comfortable with Excel and basic data entry
Organised, reliable, and willing to follow instructions and processes
Prior experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus — not essential
