Job Description

Handle day-to-day transport operations and trip coordination

* Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and corporate clients

* Monitor trip status and ensure smooth operations

* Manage shift schedules and vehicle allocations

* Resolve operational issues and escalation calls promptly

* Maintain trip records, reports, and MIS updates

* Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams

* Support employee transportation operations (ETS)

* Follow company SOPs and service quality standards


Requirements


* Any graduate or 12th pass

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails

* Ability to handle calls and coordinate with multiple teams

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts

* Experience in transportation/logistics/BPO operations is an added advantage
