About Us

We are building KhodeFit, an online fat loss and wellness brand, while also managing the founder's personal coaching brand. We are looking for a dedicated team member to help manage daily operations across both brands.

• ResponsibilitiesManage Instagram and WhatsApp messages for both the founder's personal coaching profile and KhodeFit.
• Respond to enquiries and convert leads into consultations.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
• Coordinate daily content posting (Reels, Stories & Posts).
• Upload content and maintain the content calendar.
• Assist with Canva designs, captions, and basic social media management.
• Manage Google Sheets, client trackers, and business documents.
• Support daily business operations and communicate with the founder.
• RequirementsFemale candidate preferred.
• 12th Pass or above.
• Basic English and Kannada communication.
• Laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
• Good typing speed and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp, Canva, and Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Honest, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
