Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOrder ProcessingProcess daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
  • Verify product details, quantity, and SKU before packing.
  • Print shipping labels and invoices accurately.
  • Ensure all orders are dispatched within platform timelines.
  • PackagingPack products according to company packaging standards.
  • Perform quality checks before packing.
  • Ensure products are clean, damage-free, and correctly labeled.
  • Use appropriate packaging materials to prevent transit damage.
  • Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records.
  • Update inventory movement after packing and dispatch.
  • Report low-stock items to the supervisor.
  • Organize products systematically in the warehouse.
  • Dispatch & LogisticsCoordinate with courier partners for timely pickups.
  • Prepare dispatch manifests and hand over shipments.
  • Track pending shipments and resolve dispatch issues.
  • Maintain dispatch records.
  • Returns & Quality ControlInspect returned products.
  • Identify damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
  • Record return details accurately.
  • Assist in preparing claims for marketplace disputes when required.
  • Warehouse MaintenanceKeep the warehouse clean and organized.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of products.
  • ComplianceFollow company SOPs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business information.
  • Follow workplace safety guidelines.
  • Report operational issues immediately.
  • Skills RequiredBasic computer knowledge.
  • MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to use marketplace seller panels (training will be provided).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and positive attitude.
  • QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass.
  • Preferred: Graduate.
  • Experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
