### *About the Role*

PR Creations is hiring a Billing Executive to handle daily invoicing, billing, and payment-related work. You’ll be the point person for ensuring orders are billed accurately and sent to customers/clients on time.

### *Key Responsibilities*

- *Billing*: Generate GST invoices, e-invoices, and delivery challans in Tally/ERP/Excel

- *Order Processing*: Verify sales orders, rates, discounts, and tax calculations before billing

- *Documentation*: Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain billing records

- *Coordination*: Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts team for order clearance and dispatch

- *Payment Follow-up*: Share invoices with clients and support accounts team with payment tracking

- *Reports*: Prepare daily billing reports, pending order reports, and MIS as required

- *Compliance*: Ensure all bills follow GST norms and company billing policies

### *Requirements*

- *Education*: 12th pass minimum. B.Com preferred

- *Experience*: 1-3 years in billing, invoicing, or accounts. Freshers with Tally knowledge can apply

- *Skills*:

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office

- Basic understanding of GST, HSN/SAC codes, and e-invoicing

- Good at data entry with speed and accuracy

- Strong communication skills

- *Other*: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle billing targets
