Job Description

Proactively generate leads through cold calling, explaining loan terms, verifying application details and closing the loan.

itch Products: Explain loan features, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment terms clearly to customers.

Assess Needs: Evaluate applicant financial profiles to recommend suitable loan amounts and structures.

  • Collect Documents: Gather and verify critical KYC papers, income proof, and bank statements for accuracy.Meet Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement volume targets set by management.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain continuous communication with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.


Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience in banking, NBFCs, or the broader financial services sector.
