Job Role:
Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their banking-related queries. Promote and upsell banking products such as:
- Credit/Debit Card Upgrades
- EMI Conversions
- Personal & Home Loan Top-Ups
- Insurance Products
Eligibility
✅ Minimum 6months- 5years Experienced Candidates can apply
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
✅ Additional regional languages are an advantage

- 6 Days Working with Rotational Week Off
