Job Description

* Conduct personalized training sessions based on members’ fitness goals.

* Assess members’ fitness levels and understand their individual requirements.

* Design effective workout programs for weight loss, muscle building, strength, and overall fitness.

* Ensure correct exercise techniques and maintain member safety.

* Motivate and build strong relationships with members.

* Monitor members’ progress and provide regular feedback.

* Conduct fitness consultations and recommend suitable Personal Training programs.

* Contribute to Personal Training sales and achieve assigned targets.

* Maintain a professional and positive training environment.

* Work closely with the fitness and membership sales team.
