Photographer & Videographer Cum Editor

We are looking for a Photographer & Videographer cum Editor who thrives in a dynamic marketing agency environment. The role demands hands-on expertise in shooting, editing, and delivering high-impact visual content for multiple brands across industries, with a strong focus on digital-first and performance-led creatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production (Photo & Video)

• Execute brand shoots, campaign shoots, reels, ad creatives, corporate videos, and event coverage.
• Capture high-quality visuals aligned with brand strategy, campaign goals, and platform requirements.
• Work on both studio and on-location shoots, including BTL activations and live events.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos for social media ads, reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and brand films.
• Perform color grading, retouching, audio syncing, transitions, subtitles, and basic motion effects.
• Optimize creatives for performance marketing (hooks, pacing, CTA-driven edits).

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, and Account Managers.
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling content.
• Pitch visual ideas, shot concepts, and editing styles for campaigns.

Agency Workflow & Delivery

• Handle multiple brands and tight timelines simultaneously.
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining creative quality.
• Manage and maintain creative assets, backups, and equipment.
• Skills & RequirementsHands-on experience in photography, videography, and video editing within an agency or brand setup.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of digital content trends, reels formats, ad creatives, and social algorithms.
• Ability to adapt creative styles for different industries and brand tones.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
