Planner & Purchasing

The Planner is responsible for supporting procurement activities by sourcing,

purchasing, and tracking materials required for business operations. This is

an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals,

offering hands-on experience in supplier coordination, purchasing processes,

and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and

evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance

Create and manage purchase

orders in line with demand plans and inventory needs

Coordinate with suppliers to

track order status and ensure on-time delivery

Support negotiation of

pricing and terms under guidance from senior team members

Work closely with planning,

logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow

Monitor inventory levels and

assist in maintaining optimal stock levels

Help resolve supplier-related

issues such as delays, shortages, and quality concerns

Maintain accurate procurement

records, supplier data, and documentation

Follow procurement policies

and ensure compliance with company standards

Support continuous

improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply

Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field

2 years of experience in

procurement, supply chain, or related roles

Basic understanding of

procurement or supply chain processes

Proficiency in MS Excel;

exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP) is an advantage
