Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls for project inquiries
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential customers
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into site visits or bookings
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign feedback
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
