Central Head – DreamZone Koramangla

Job Summary:

The Central Head of DreamZone Koramangal of a fashion institute provides strategic leadership, academic direction, and operational oversight for all campuses and departments. This role ensures excellence in education, brand integrity, regulatory compliance, faculty development, and student outcomes while driving growth, innovation, and industry relevance.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the institute’s long-term vision, academic strategy and brand growth initiatives.

• Align organisational goals, academic programs, and operational performance with industry trends and mission objectives.
• Lead planning for new courses, campuses, partnerships, and revenue streams.

2. Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum design, review, and quality assurance across all Fashion Design, Styling, Pattern Making, and allied programs.

• Ensure programs meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Introduce innovation in teaching methods, technology integration, and creative learning.

3. Faculty Management & Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and academic leaders.

• Promote professional development, performance reviews, and talent retention.
• Foster a collaborative and creative academic environment.

4. Operations & Compliance: Coordinate administrative functions (admissions, scheduling, student services, assessments).

• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, certification standards and quality frameworks.
• Standardise operating procedures across campuses.

5. Student Success & Experience Champion initiatives that improve student engagement, retention, career guidance, and placement outcomes.

• Monitor progression metrics, feedback, and institute rankings.
• Facilitate industry exposure, internships, and placements.

6. External Relations & Partnerships: Represent the institute in fashion councils, academic forums, industry events, and media.

• Build strategic partnerships with brands, designers, international institutes, and corporate partners.
• Drive collaborations that enhance student opportunities and institutional visibility.

7. Financial & Performance Management: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and annual plans.

• Evaluate financial performance, revenue targets, and cost optimisation.
• Advise leadership on investment in infrastructure, technology, and programs.
