Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visite every week.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Proficient in both Hindi & English and local tanguage is advantage
MS office
Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience: A graduate from any discipline is preferred 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is
preferred Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period Compensation, Perks and Benefits: Uncapped Incentives breed on sales performance (-INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers) Earn 10% salary hike target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month) CTC-3.5 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only 5 Day work week Earn ESOPs on every deal closed Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets Upon achieving & deals, you will the eligible for managing teams international opportunities based on performance and tenure
