Procurement Manager (Civil & Interior)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for interior fit-out projects.
• Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts.
• Purchase interior materials such as gypsum, glass, flooring, wood, hardware, lighting, furniture, and MEP-related items.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and designers regarding material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
• Maintain supplier relationships and vendor performance records.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Track procurement budgets and control project costs.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company standards and project timelines.
• Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management review.
