Procurement Specialist – Field Role | ₹15,000 + Incentives
- LocationWhitefield (Phoenix Marketcity)
- Malleshwaram (Mantri Square Mall)
- Kanakapura Road (Forum Mall)
- Koramangala (Nexus Mall Koramangala)
- HSR Layout (HSR Market Area, Bengaluru)
Role OverviewThis is an on-ground procurement role.
You will be responsible for identifying, locating, and procuring customer-requested items from stores within your assigned area under strict timelines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource items from stores within assigned area
- Identify correct products (brand, variant, quantity)
- Check multiple stores if item is unavailable
- 30-minute mandatory update:Confirm available / not available
- Share price if available
- No delay beyond 30 minutes
- Work DetailsWorking hours: 10 AM – 8 PM
- 6 days working (1 weekly off)
- Fixed location (mall / market area)
- Daily expectation: 8–12 tasks
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
- Weekly payout
- Performance-based incentives (weekly):1–60 tasks → ₹20 per task
- 61–75 tasks → ₹25 per task
- 76–90 tasks → ₹30 per task
- Earning potential: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
- Earning Example60 tasks → ₹1,200 incentive
- 75 tasks → ₹1,575 incentive
- 85 tasks → ₹1,875 incentive
- RequirementsSmartphone with internet
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work fast under time pressure
- Responsible and reliable
