Accounts and Finance Executive

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to take full ownership of our daily financial health. You will be the bridge between our day-to-day operations and our external auditing team, ensuring that every transaction is captured with precision and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage and record all daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

* Account Management: Oversee the end-to-end processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including proactive payment follow-ups.

* Vendor Compliance: Cross-check vendor invoices against contract rates to ensure billing accuracy before processing payments.

* Audit Readiness: Work in close daily collaboration with our accounting auditors to ensure all records meet statutory requirements and internal standards.

* Payroll: Handle timely process of monthly payroll with high attention to detail.

* Reporting: Track and report on daily sales and expenses to provide management with real-time financial clarity.

Requirements

* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Tally and general accounting software is mandatory.

* Accounting Expertise: A strong grasp of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial record-keeping.

* Attention to Detail: You should be someone who catches the "small stuff"—discrepancies in invoices or contract rates don’t get past you.

* Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external auditors.
