Junior Design Engineer

We are looking for Junior Design Engineer with 0 to 2 Years of Experience for Harohalli location. This is an immediate requirement.

Job Description:

Building 3D and 2D models (Solid & Sheet metal modeling) in solid works

Building the assemblies in solid works with use of provided Data and Finalize the 3D-model in detail.

Creating the3D models and 2D drawings from scratch adhering to standards and guidelines

Updating the existing 3D drawings based on Requirements

strictly maintain or create new bill of material as per design.

Implementation of GD& T symbols in drawings

Communicate between sales and production team.

Plan and coordinate production engineering process on daily basis

Working on continues design support tasks based on everyday requirements

Skills required:

Basic knowledge of Laser/Punching, bending machines

knowledge in Solid works or any - Sheet metal, 2D Drafting

Good knowledge of applying GD&T, Tolerance Stack up, Sheet metal Allowances

Good knowledge in understanding the 2D manufacturing drawings and nesting

Quick adaption of drawing standards and guideline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with Problem-solving skills and a passion for creativity.
