Electronics Assembly Operator

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a quick and careful Assembly Operator. If you have steady hands, a strong work ethic, and want to build high-quality consumer products following strict processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• SOP Compliance: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a systematic, safe, and error-free assembly line.
• Basic through-hole soldering, wire stripping, and component fitting.
• Mechanical box-build assembly (screwing housings, fitting internal heating components and plastics).
• Final product wiping, applying brand labels, and neat box packaging.
• Daily Logging: Assist the Senior Technician with daily raw material stock counting and filling out end-of-day production logs.
• Maintaining a clean, highly organized, and fast-paced workstation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong practical ITI scores are welcome to apply).
• Education: Minimum ITI or Diploma (Electrical/Electronics).
• Must be fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume assembly tasks while strictly following guidelines.
