Job Description
Location: Bengaluru
Department: Food & Beverage Production
Reporting To: Senior Manager – Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Support the QA team in implementing and monitoring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
2.) Conduct quality checks on food, service, and hygiene
3.) Assist in audits, SOPs, and compliance documentation
4.) Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines
5.) Identify gaps and support corrective actions
6.) Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Service teams for quality compliance
7.) Support training on food safety, hygiene, and quality
𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝑾𝒆’𝒓𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒐𝒓:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Technology, or related field
🏨 Internship experience in hospitality (Hotels/Restaurants/QSR)
👀 Detail-oriented, proactive & good at documentation & communication
