Process Coordinator

Role Overview

The Process Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating workflow processes across the organization. This role ensures that all steps within defined processes are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and relevant information is communicated effectively to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor end-to-end workflow processes

Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines

Communicate process updates and relevant information to team members

Maintain and update process documentation and flowcharts

Identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred

Freshers may apply

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Ability to commute within a reasonable distance from the workplace

Non-technical role; prior experience in coordination or operations is a plus

Compensation

Salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and company norms)
