Job Description
Job Title: Tele Caller / Tele Calling Executive
Job Summary: Responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers from provided databases or leads
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing
Follow up with customers for feedback
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues politely
Update CRM with call details, customer responses, and follow-up notes
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Key Skills: Clear communication and active listening skills, basic computer knowledge + CRM software handling
Requirements:12th pass / Graduate preferred 0-2 years experience
Conditions :Usually office-based, 6 days/week.
