Job Title:

Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Telecaller Executive to interact with customers, explain and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.


Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
