• Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end production operations for packaging machinery manufacturing.
• Plan and monitor machine production schedules to ensure timely dispatch.
• Supervise fabrication, machining, assembly, electrical, pneumatic, and testing departments.
• Ensure machine quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and service teams.
• Handle production manpower allocation and shop floor management.
• Ensure proper machine trials, testing, and customer inspection readiness.
• Monitor BOM execution, material flow, and inventory utilization.
• Reduce production delays, rework, and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support installation and commissioning activities whenever required.
• Drive process improvements and production optimization initiatives.

Educational QualificationBE / B.Tech / Diploma in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering

ExperienceMinimum 5–10 years experience in machine manufacturing or industrial automation.

Prior experience in packaging machinery manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to independently handle complete production operations
• Good problem-solving and coordination ability
• Ability to work under production deadlines
• Hands-on technical approach preferred
