Supervisor/Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented PG Supervisor to handle complete operations of our Paying Guest accommodations.

The role involves end-to-end management of the PG including daily operations, collections, discipline, and occupancy growth.

🔑 Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day PG operations
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and discipline
• Handle rent collections and follow-ups
• Maintain occupancy levels and reduce vacancies
• Do local marketing and business development
• Handle resident issues and complaints
• Supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff
• Maintain proper records and reports
• Ensure smooth functioning without supervision

• Must be responsible and proactive
• Should have ownership mindset
• Must be comfortable with field work & marketing
• Strong follow-up skills for collections
• Ability to manage people and handle pressure

🚗 Requirements:

Must have Two-Wheeler (Mandatory)

• Basic phone usage (WhatsApp, Excel, apps)
• Prior experience in PG / Hostel / Facility Management preferred
• Freshers with strong attitude can also apply

• Performance-Based Salary (No Fixed Salary)
