Business Analyst intern

Key Responsibilities 1. Business & Requirements Analysis– Learn to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders– Work with teams to understand pain points and identify improvement opportunities– Assist in analyzing requirements for new initiatives and process changes 2. Python-Driven Data Analysis & Reporting– Use Python (pandas, numpy) to clean, analyse, and summarise large datasets– Write SQL queries to pull and validate data from internal databases– Create visualisations using matplotlib or seaborn to communicate trends and insights clearly– Build and maintain dashboards/reports on key metrics (leads, conversions, TAT, approval rates)– Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Python scripts 3. Process Improvement Support– Document current processes (as-is) and assist in designing improvements (to-be)– Support A/B experiments and use Python to measure and track impact on key metrics– Assist in coordinating with product & tech teams on change implementation 4.
