Production Trainee

Job SummaryThe Production Assembly Line Employee is responsible for assembling LED lighting products and components according to production plans, work instructions, and quality standards. The role involves achieving daily production targets while ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and proper housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities : Production

Assemble LED lighting fixtures, drivers, PCB assemblies, wiring, and mechanical components as per approved work instructions.

Perform assembly operations accurately within the specified cycle time.

Meet daily production targets as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.

Handle materials, components, and finished goods carefully to avoid damage.

Quality

Ensure products are assembled according to quality standards and specifications.

Perform visual inspection during assembly to identify defects.

Report defective materials, damaged parts, or process abnormalities immediately.

Minimize rework, rejection, and material wastage.

Follow all quality procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications

SSLC / PUC / ITI (Preferred)

• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in LED lighting, electrical assembly, electronics, or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of assembly processes.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long working hours.

• Good manual dexterity for handling small components.
• Ability to lift and move light materials as required.
• Good eyesight for visual inspection and assembly work.

Working Conditions

Factory/Manufacturing environment.

• Shift-based work, if applicable.
• Overtime as per production requirements and company policy.
