Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Lead Executive to manage maternity, newborn, baby, and family photography projects from booking to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, team coordination, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end photoshoot projects from booking to delivery.

Coordinate with photographers, editors, designers, and CRM teams.

Ensure timely completion of shoots, editing, and album delivery.

Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.

Handle client feedback, referrals, and issue resolution.

Monitor team productivity and maintain workflow discipline.

Support lead follow-ups and client relationship management.

Maintain project records, schedules, and reports.
