About the Role

We are hiring a Property & Seller Manager (PSM) to handle end-to-end coordination between property sellers and our internal teams. This role is focused on property onboarding, seller relationship management, and deal closure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete property onboarding process with accurate data collection
• Understand seller expectations and align them with market realities
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners/sellers
• Ensure regular follow-ups and nurturing of listed properties
• Update and maintain live property data in Excel/CRM systems
• Coordinate site visits between sellers and internal sales team
• Handle negotiation discussions and assist in deal closure
• Conduct and manage conference calls for final negotiations
• Ensure smooth communication between company and sellers at all stages

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate, sales coordination, or client management preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously
• Self-driven and disciplined (remote work environment)
