Post: Quality and Training executive (Retail)
Areas of Impact: Retail Experience
Salary: upto Rs. 28000 per month. No deductions Plus PF .
Timings: 12PM to 9PM
*Working Days- 6 Days working
Job Summary:
Responsible for staff training, service quality monitoring, and data analysis to improve customer experience and operational performance in the gaming zone.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct onboarding and refresher training
Perform quality audits and ensure SOP compliance
Analyze performance data, audit scores, and customer feedback
Identify gaps and recommend improvements
Coach staff based on insights and reports
Analyze Training completion rate, Quality score & complaint reduction
Skills Required:
Training & facilitation skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards)
Data interpretation & problem-solving
Good communication and attention to detail
- Requirements:Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Proficient in English (oral and written). Must be able to understand and communicate in proper English.
- Good communication skills and with zeal to build carrier in retail sales
- Good work Ethics: Punctual, Honest, Hard worker
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent Execution skills
