📍 Location: Bangalore
🛠️ Experience: Minimum 5+ years
Role:
BOQ & quantity take-offs
Rate analysis (civil & finishing)
Contractor billing & verification
Material reconciliation
Coordination with site execution team and consultants for measurements and clarifications.
Assist in variation claims & final accounts
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
IS codes & site process knowledge
MS Excel, basic AutoCAD
Good communication skills
