🏢 Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate

📍 Location: Sarjapur

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Real Estate Sales Preferred)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA (CTC) + Attractive Incentives

  • Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert sales leads.
  • Conduct customer meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closures.
  • Prepare quotations and assist with sales documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
  • RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage.
